Keeping my toddler twins fed and happy can be a struggle sometimes! It can be difficult to juggle working from home and taking care of little ones, so I have put together a list of some of my go-to easy meals for my fellow mamas out there.
Breakfast
- Cheesy Tomato and spinach scramble, sliced strawberries and tortilla stars.
- Scrambled eggs, avocado toast, and mixed berries.
- Blueberries, plain yogurt, oatmeal with apples.
- Whole wheat waffles with butter, plain yogurt and blueberries.
- Mini pancakes, breakfast sausage and mixed berries.
- Scrambled eggs, English muffin with jam and sliced bananas and blackberries.

- English muffin breakfast sandwich with a side of melon.
- Cream cheese and jelly toast sandwiches, sautéed cinnamon apples in coconut oil and turkey bacon.
- Frittata egg muffin, strawberries and bacon.

- Chopped hardboiled eggs, almond butter toast and segmented mandarins.

Lunch
- Tater Tots, avocado toast, ham and watermelon.

- Turkey, avocado, hard boiled egg and mixed berries.
- Peanut butter and banana on whole grain bread, craisins and plain yogurt.
- Turkey and cheese sandwich, carrots and blueberries.

- Tuna salad on whole wheat pita, chopped tomatoes, cucumber and cheddar cheese cubes.
- Mini turkey corndogs, banana, avocado and apple sauce.
- Mini Bowties and Broccoli in olive oil, avocado and baby carrots.
- Homemade pizza on a English muffin with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella and pepperonis, and roasted broccoli, bell peppers, cucumbers and carrots.
- Cubed ham and cheese, peas, pita chips and diced pears.
- Chicken nuggets, green and red grapes, and apple sauce.
- Cream cheese and strawberries on whole wheat bread, baby carrots and string cheese.
Dinner
- Zucchini and turkey meatballs, pasta with marinara sauce, mixed veggies.
- Grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, macaroni and cheese with peas.
- Pulled pork, cubed sweet potato and kiwi.
- Deli roll-ups with free turkey and munster cheese, strawberries and steamed mixed veggies.
- Penne pasta with olive oil and topped with roasted tomatoes and zucchini, Grapes and Teddy Grahams.
- Mini ravioli with butter and parmesan sauce, meatballs and raspberries.
- Ground beef, tortilla, grape tomatoes and black beans.
- Pulled chicken, peppers, avocado and shredded cheese.
- Whole wheat pasta with Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken and broccoli.
- Chicken, white rice, steamed veggies and avocado.
- Black beans, rice, avocado, tomatoes and bell peppers.
